Kindergarten

First Grade & Second Grade

Kindergarteners will have a homework choice board in the back of their blue folder or "kinderkeeper". The choice board provides a variety of academic activities based on readiness. Please pick one activity each night, Monday through Thursday, to complete. I understand that we all have activities outside school, so you may occasionally have nights that you run out of time. I encourage you to at least complete the reading time every night. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know!

First and second grade students will have a homework sheet sent home every Monday. The sheet has academic activities based on readiness and skills currently being introduced and practiced in the classroom. Please complete the activities each night and return to school on Friday. I understand that we all have activities outside school, so you may occasionally have nights that you run out of time. I encourage you to do your best in completing the homework on a regular basis.
